Using the EHM online Booking and Payments System

Find your way to the online system throughthe link above.

Accessing the system:

If you are NEW to the system and have never used the system before please enter through the right hand box “New to our site” and enter you first name and last name.

  1. The system may recognise you if we already have your details on file, if this is the case, you will see a message to that effect. If this happens, please follow the on screen prompts. If you have any problems please contact your trainer for further help.
  2. If the system does not recognise you, please continue to create an account.

Once you have an account in the system, you will be able to use your log in details to access the site and perform a number of functions, such as booking classes and purchasing training.

 

Booking Classes:

Through the CLASSES tab at the top of the page, find the class and time that you wish to book in for. Once you click on “sign up now”, you will be given the choice to make a single reservation or a recurring one.  Proceed as you wish to.

Please note if your account does not have any credit, i.e. you have not yet paid for any training, via direct payment or direct debit you will need to make an unpaid reservation.

If you have paid for training, the system will give you the option of making a reservation.

 

Purchasing training:

If you would like to purchase training please use the ONLINE STORE tab

  1. If you wish to purchase a single group class session, an EHM membership or any 1:1 personal training please navigate through the SERIES AND MEMBERSHIP tab.
  2. If you would like to purchase unlimited group training please navigate through the CONTRACTS tab.
