Was established in 1998, by Nathan and Giselle Martin. Both Nathan and Giselle's experience as athlete's (representing NSW and Australia in Touch Football for over 10 years) they are committed to keeping themselves healthy and fit. They enjoy educating people on developing a healthy holistic approach to life. Over the past years, Nathan and Giselle's Business 'Energise Health Management' has grown. The diversity of our team spreads wide. Since 2004 our focus has been on Weight Loss, Sports Conditioning, Health and Well-Being. Our team has helped thousands of people to achieve amazing results. We have shown how being fit and healthy can be enjoyable and rewarding. EHM have also gained extensive knowledge in implementing and designing fitness programs / fitness testing, weight management, correct food choices, balancing the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.

 

Nathan Martin has over 16 years experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, where he has successfully helped people achieve optimum health, through a holistic approach of Physical Training, Nutrition, Stress Management & Self-Confidence. Nathan offers great diversity to his clients, including; Weight Loss, Increase Lean Muscle Mass, Strength, Pilates, Boxing, Speed, Agility, Power (plyometrics), Cable Sessions, Functional training, Core stability, Prehab, and Rehab (in conjunction with specialist). Due to the diversity in Nathan’s training he has worked with professional athletes, mums and dads, singles, students, kids and the elderly. Nathan sets no boundaries on himself or his clients “we all have goals, we all want to feel good” Nathan has also worked on the Professional Men's and Women's Tennis Circuit for over 8 years. During this time on the tennis tour, Nathan has worked with some of the best tennis players in the world as a Physical Trainer / Massage Therapist, such as, Martina Navratilova, Svetlana Kuznetsova, and now currently working with CASEY DELLACQUA and Australian No 1 Male Tennis Player LLYETON HEWITT.

 

Giselle Martin has over 18 years experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, where she has successfully helped people achieve their optimum health, through a holistic approach of Physical Training, Nutrition and Massage Therapy. Giselle has obtained tertiary qualifications in Health Science, Sports Conditioning & Sports Management. Her positive and supportive approach enables clients to believe in themselves and achieve more. Giselle has attracted many celebrities over the years, due to her professional approach to training and the results she gets with them. Giselle’s love for the industry has seen her help many individuals ranging from pre/post natal women, elderly, elite athletes and clients with health risks e.g. cancer, heart problems, high cholesterol, diabetics etc. She educates her clients on lifestyle choices and exercise requirements, ensuring they have the knowledge to stay on track. Giselle is highly respected in the Health and Fitness industry and her skills and knowledge are greatly sought after. Giselle has been working on the Professional Women's Tennis Circuit for over 7 years. During this time on the tennis tour, she has worked with some of the best tennis players in the world as a Physical Trainer / Massage Therapist, such as Arantxa Sanchez, Jennifer Capriati, Martina Navratilova, Samantha Stosur and now currently working with Australian CASEY DELLACQUA. Giselle has recently been training MAGDA SZUBANSKI during her well known weight loss program with Jenny Craig. Giselle also was a member of the 2000 Sydney Olympic medical team where she worked with the competing athletes. Giselle has worked as a lecturer in Health Education at various international schools and academies.

 

Willow Bate is a qualified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. Having a mother who has over 20 years experience in the industry has allowed Willow to be exposed to a life of health & fitness. Willow's qualifications include internationally recognised cert III and IV in Personal Training, cert IV Welfare, Pre and Post Natal, EKI Kettle bells, Power Plate, Group Fitness, Keiser Cycle, Medx Rehab and Post Rehab. Willow has extensive experience in various disciplines ranging from weight loss, strength, body toning, reshaping, hypertrophy, boxing, pilates, yoga & gentle exercise. After managing the exclusive Highlands Health Club in Mittagong, and then onto recently managing Fitness First Newtown. Willow has spent the last 5 years working closely with Nathan & Giselle Martin & even more so now as they embark on their new journey as the Energise Health Management team. Willow is an active person who loves to stay fit & healthy through exercise, dance, good food & fun! Her true passion is to help others achieve their own health & fitness goals. Willow believes everyone can reach their life goals with the right support, knowledge & motivation!

 

Gareth Bird has over 30 years experience in health and fitness. Gareth has in recent years applied his personal experiences and health journey together with extensive theoretical education to help a diverse range of clients achieve their health and fitness goals through conscious goal setting, planning and consistent application. Whether it’s helping clients perform everyday functions in a pain free manner, assisting them in loosing weight, changing their body shape and improving their self confidence or helping sports enthusiasts, young and old, achieve the goals and enhance their performance, Gareth strives to achieve this with all his clients on a daily basis. Gareth’s personal sporting and fitness journey includes swimming and playing water polo at a national level, running marathons and more recently playing representative level touch football. Gareth combines his passion for health and fitness training with a full time finance role, so he is well versed with dealing with one of life’s greatest challenges – trying to maintain the optimal work life balance.


Natalie Da Silva Internationally born NDS worked in health clubs and resorts in Portugal. Natalie has a degree in Physical Education and Sports and has been a trainer for over 5  years. Natalie has successfully helped people to achieve their goals and keep them motivated to maintain a good lifestyle. Everyone is able to achieve their goals through education and a lifestyle change, that will give them quality of life as we age.
